Frequently asked questions
Who can register a business?
Any user with a verified mobile number. The business becomes active after review by the platform administrator.
Can employees use the system too?
Yes. The business owner can add staff. Staff cannot access settings or accounting.
Is each business’s data kept separate?
Yes. Each business can access only its own data, and this is enforced on the server, not only in the user interface.
How are dates and amounts shown?
Dates use the Persian (Jalali) calendar in Persian and amounts are shown in Toman.
